The data collection and data processing is necessary for the implementation of the contract and is based on Article 6 Paragraph 1b) GDPR. A transfer of data to third parties does not take place. The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose of its processing. You have the right to object to the use of your data for direct advertising purposes at any time. An objection addressed to the BfDI can be submitted by the objector to the security file to the sabotage protection officer or the satellite data security officer. The BfDI will also take such contradictions into account. The objection can also be filed with the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution (BfV).

Security clearance file can be extended. In this case too, the objection must be lodged with the BfDI. However, the BfDI will also take into account any objections that have been lodged with the sabotage protection officer or the officer for satellite data security or with the BfV and that become known to him or her.

By attaching the objection addressed to the BfDI to the security file/security review file, it is ensured in the best possible way that the BfDI takes the objection into account during an inspection and refrains from checking their personal data in the interest of the person concerned. The naming of the customer is at the discretion of the authorized user.

There are no additional agreements. If individual provisions of this contract are ineffective, this will not affect the validity of the remaining contract.

I agree that photos and film recordings of myself may be published on the company's website and social media pages for advertising purposes.

I agree that my contact details will be stored for the purpose of product advertising and information about the company's range of services and used to contact me.

It is clear to me that this consent is voluntary and can be revoked at any time.
